The odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5.         Selection of Sweepstakes Prize Winners:  Sponsor will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes prize winners from all eligible entries within a reasonable period following the end of the Sweepstakes Period. If a potential Sweepstakes prize winner fails to respond to Sponsor within seven (7) days following Sponsor’s attempt to notify him/her that he/she is a potential prize winner, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential prize winner will be selected at random. (the Grand Prize, and In-Store Prizes, may each hereafter be referred to as a “Prize” or “prize”). All Sweepstakes prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made, except as provided at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the RAV4, including without limitation dealer fees, sales tax, title and registration. In the event the Grand Prize winner lives out of state, the Sponsor will ship the RAV4 directly to them within 45 days. 

5.         Selection of Sweepstakes Prize Winners:  Within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will randomly select winners of the Grand Prize and the In-Store Prizes from all eligible entries across all participating Sponsor stores. Sponsor will randomly select the winners of the In Store Prizes from all eligible entries at each participating Sponsor store. As a condition of receiving the Grand Prize or any other prize with an estimated value of $2,000.00 or more, the potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return to Sponsor, within seven (7) days after notification, an IRS Form W-9 and any other documents required by the Sponsor for tax-reporting purposes. If a potential prize winner fails to complete, sign, and return any required documentation within such seven (7) day period, he/she will forfeit the applicable prize and an alternate winner will be selected at random. The selection of the prize winners is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winners must provide a valid U.S. shipping address within an Eligible State that receives mailings by USPS and overnight courier; the failure to provide such a valid mailing address, or the rejection of attempted delivery at the provided address, may in Sponsor’s sole discretion result in a forfeiture of the prize and a selection of a new winner by Sponsor. Following such verification, each potential prize winner must provide a valid shipping address within an Eligible State that receives mailings by USPS and overnight courier, for prize delivery; the failure to provide such a valid mailing address, or the rejection of attempted delivery of a prize at the provided address, may in Sponsor’s sole discretion result in a forfeiture of the prize and a selection of a new winner by Sponsor.

1.         Eligibility:  The Natural Grocers 2026 {N}power Member Colorado Front Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the following states who are members of the Natural Grocers {N}power customer loyalty program and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. Employees of Vitamin Cottage Natural Food Markets, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate family (spouses, parents, siblings and children) and household members of such employees, are not eligible to participate or win. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2.         Timing:  The Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2026, and ends on July 2, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

3.         How to Enter:  To enter the Sweepstakes, an entrant must be a member of Sponsor’s {N}power customer loyalty program, which can be joined at no cost at www.naturalgrocers.com/join. Entrants will be able to enter the Sweepstakes by either of the following two (2) methods:

1. Each Qualifying Transaction (as defined herein) made by an {N}power member during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically count as a separate entry in the Sweepstakes by that {N}power member; provided, entrants are limited to a maximum of one (1) Qualifying Transaction for each Weekly Period (defined below) per {N}power member for this method of entry; or

2. {N}power members may complete and submit an entry form online at https://wellness-wave.today/colorado-npower-sweepstakes%3C/span%3E%3C/a%3E%3Cspan style="background-color:white;color:black;" lang="EN">. Entrants are limited to a maximum of one (1) online entry for each Weekly Period (defined below) per {N}power member for this method of entry. Entrants may not use an agency or automated system to enter.

A “Qualifying Transaction” shall automatically occur the first time an {N}power member spends one hundred dollars ($100) at a Colorado Front Range Store (defined in Section 14 below) during one (1) or more of the following weekly periods: May 1 – May 7, 2026; May 8 – May 14, 2026; May 15 – 21; May 22 – May 28; May 29 – June 4; June 5 – June 11, 2026; June 12 – June 18, 2026; June 19 – June 25, 2026; and June 26 – July 2, 2026 (each such period, a “Weekly Period”). An {N}power member must enter its phone number at checkout in order for its purchase(s) to qualify towards one or more Qualifying Transactions.

4.         Sweepstakes Prizes: Nine (9) total entrants will each receive a prize consisting of a One Thousand Dollar ($1,000.00) Natural Grocers Gift Card (the “prize” or “Sweepstakes Prize”). The Sweepstakes Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made, except as provided at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5.         Selection of Sweepstakes Prize Winner: Within a reasonable period following the conclusion of each Weekly Period, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Sweepstakes Prize winner from all eligible entries received during such Weekly Period. Nine (9) total prizes will be awarded (one for each Weekly Period). The selection of the prize winners is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. ALL POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.  AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED, SUCH ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE, AND THE OTHER CONDITIONS SET OUT IN THESE OFFICAL RULES HAVE BEEN MET, INCLUDING THE REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE AN IRS FORM W-9 AS SET FORTH BELOW.  It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has complied with the conditions contained in these Official Rules. 

6.         Winner Notifications; IRS Form W-9 Requirement; Prize Delivery. Once selected, each potential Sweepstakes Prize winner will be notified by telephone or email that he or she is a potential prize winner. The potential prize winners must, within seven (7) days after such notification, (i) verify their information to Sponsor by phone or email as requested by Sponsor, (ii) complete, sign and return to Sponsor an IRS Form W-9 (including the prize winner’s social security number, which will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service as required by law); and (iii) provide a valid shipping address. Should a prize winner fail to verify their information, or provide the IRS Form W-9, or provide a valid shipping address as requested by Sponsor within such seven (7) day period, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate prize winner will be selected at random. Following such verification, the Sweepstakes Prize will be shipped to the prize winner’s valid mailing address. To be valid, the address must be within an Eligible State and must receive mailings by USPS and overnight courier. The failure by a prize winner to provide a valid mailing address, or the rejection of attempted delivery of the prize at the provided address, may in Sponsor’s sole discretion result in a forfeiture of the prize and a selection of a new winner by Sponsor. 

7.         Publicity:  Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes a winner’s consent in perpetuity to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, statements and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

8.         General Conditions:  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, or modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in any way, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions have destroyed or severely undermined the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, or order of any court or jurisdiction, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, extend, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes.

9.         Release/Limitations of Liability:  Each entrant agrees that Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”): (i) shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from entrant’s acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize or participation in any prize-related activity and (ii) have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. By winning a prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising, in whole or in part, out of such winner’s participation in the Sweepstakes or such winner’s receipt, use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, and Sponsor disclaims all liability in connection with such cancellation, modification or suspension.

10.       Disputes:  Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal courts in Denver, Colorado and hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Colorado or any other jurisdiction).
